Mango ‘lassi’ or milkshake is a popular & age-old celebrated drink in India. The sweetness of mango paired with the cooling creaminess of this drink makes it a refreshing, tasty way to share and enjoy a summery high-time. Mango is known to be the ‘King of Fruits’ in many parts of the world. Mangos also serve to extend and heighten the effects of cannabis. This simple, creamy Mango shake was awarded “People’s Choice Best Edible” at NorthWest Harvest Fest, 2013.
Ingredients
- 3½ C mango chunks (fresh, frozen, or mango pulp can also be used)
- 4 oz coconut cream (can substitute with yogurt, dairy or nut milk or choice)
- 2 C water – (add 1/2 C ice to make colder)
- 1/4 C honey, agave, or choice of sweetener
- 1/2 T grated ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1 pack of Siddhi Bhang Herbal Drink Mix – (potency of choice)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender, adding water to desired consistency.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg on top and serve.
- Serves 2-3
